Durango has an airport (DRO) which features multiple commercial carriers. American Airlines and United Airlines have multiple flights per day to and from Denver (DEN), Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW), and Phoenix (PHX). Smaller airlines such as Boutique Air have multiple other connections.

Rochester Hotel & Leland House: These 2 restored hotels (1 from 1927 and 1 from 1892) with period details are located across from each another in historic downtown Durango and are a 5-minute walk to the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad & Museum.
Rooms at the Rochester are themed after Western movies, while rooms at Leland House reflect Durango’s history.

Postoperative Care
We have multiple options to help you recover from your surgery in the Durango area. Animas Surgical Hospital is a private multiple award-winning hospital which is nestled along the Animas River and is the location where Dr. Williams performs most of his surgeries. If desired, we can facilitate an overnight stay at the hospital, and you will be treated to concierge-type service with catered meals and unique personalized service. In addition, during your postoperative course, you can elect to have a nurse visit your lodging facility to help you during the postoperative course.
