Dr. Jeffrey Williams
Dr. Williams is proud to be an alumnus of Comanche High School (Class of 1998) and Tarleton State University (class of 1998). He graduated from medical school in 2004 and completed 9 years postgraduate training including: Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Henry Ford Hospital, Hand & Microsurgery Fellowship at the world-renowned Kleinert-Kutz Institute, and Craniofacial & Pediatric Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City.
He has been board certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery since 2014 and served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University until 2011. Dr. Williams is a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACOS) and is an active member of multiple societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).
Dr. Williams delivers consistent, positive outcomes for his patients. He is also known for his genuine empathy and demonstrates an embracing, kind bedside manner. He has written many publications and delivered numerous presentations on various Plastic Surgery topics.
Jenna Black, BSN, RN, CANS
Specializes in advanced surgical and in-office laser treatments, Botulinum Toxin and dermal fillers. She has been a part of the Durango community since 2004. After graduating from Fort Lewis College, she pursued a career in nursing and has found a special love for helping people feel their best.
In 2017, Jenna attained credentialing as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), becoming one of 14 in the state of Colorado. Jenna’s experience in women’s health and aesthetic dermatology allows her to bring a comprehensive and delicate plan of care to each one of her patients, taking pride in providing the safest, most up to date treatments and techniques. Her specialties include CO2 Laser for rejuvenation and scarring and lip enhancement with dermal filler.
When Jenna is not working with wavelengths and injectables, she can be found adventuring on mountain bike trails and enjoying time with her husband, Beau. Continuing education is also a priority for her. In the spring of 2021, she recently achieved her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus.
In 2015, Jenna and her husband chased their entrepreneurial dreams and opened Durango’s famous speakeasy, The Bookcase and Barber. Jenna and Beau are beloved local fixtures of Durango and stay locally committed to many charities and endeavors to enhance our mountain town.
Jessie Roukema, CNA
Jessie Roukema received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from Fort Lewis College in 2019; she also played division II volleyball. She then received her Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from Pueblo Community College in 2020. Jessie has worked as a medical assistant since May 2021 and assists regularly with procedures and clinical care.
Jessie loves working alongside the aestheticians and surgeons, and she values staying up-to-date on the latest technology and aesthetic techniques. She is especially excited to help patients achieve their skin goals with technologies such as HydraFacialMD. She plans to attend Nursing School and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about her education and helping every patient that comes to the office.
When Jessie is not in the office or in school, you will likely find her on-the-move with her dog Breckenridge, mountain biking, or hiking in the beautiful San Juans.
