Dr. Jeffrey Williams
Dr. Williams is proud to be an alumnus of Comanche High School (Class of 1998) and Tarleton State University (class of 1998). He graduated from medical school in 2004 and completed 9 years postgraduate training including: Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Henry Ford Hospital, Hand & Microsurgery Fellowship at the world-renowned Kleinert-Kutz Institute, and Craniofacial & Pediatric Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Primary Childrens Hospital in Salt Lake City.
He has been board certified in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery since 2014 and served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University until 2011. Dr. Williams is a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACOS) and is an active member of multiple societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).
Dr. Williams delivers consistent, positive outcomes for his patients. He is also known for his genuine empathy and demonstrates an embracing, kind bedside manner. He has written many publications and delivered numerous presentations on various Plastic Surgery topics.
Kellie McCullough, RN, CANS
Kellie has lived in Durango, Co since 1992. She has years of nursing experience from acute cardiology to oncology care. She joined Plastics and Aesthetics in 2010 assisting patients pre and post-surgery ensuring a fast recovery and optimal outcomes. Kellie obtained her credentialing as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist(CANS), in 2021.
She specializes in Dermal fillers and neurotoxin injections, obtaining advanced training in 2016. She provides consistent positive outcomes for her patients and is passionate about helping people achieve a rejuvenated appearance. In 2019, Kellie completed laser certification training and offers multiple treatment options for concerns such as permanent hair removal, sun spots, acne, rosacea, and radiofrequency for skin tightening. Kellie is also our ZO Skin health expert.
Jenna Black, RN, CANS
specializes in both surgical and in-office laser treatments, Botulinum Toxin and dermal fillers. She has been a part of the Durango community since 2004. After graduating from Fort Lewis College, she pursued a career in Nursing and has found a special love for helping people feel their best.
In 2017, Jenna attained credentialing as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS), becoming one of 14 in the state of Colorado. Jenna’s experience in women’s health and aesthetic dermatology allows for her to bring a comprehensive and delicate plan of care to each one of her patients; taking pride in providing the safest, most up to date treatments and techniques.
When Jenna is not working with wavelengths and injectables, she can be found adventuring on mountain bike trails and enjoying time with her husband Beau. Continued education is a priority for her and is currently working towards her Bachelor’s of Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, planning to graduate in Spring of 2021. In 2015, Jenna and her husband chased their entrepreneurial dreams and opened Durango’s speakeasy, The Bookcase and Barber.
Lyndsey Noles, RN
Lyndsey began her journey in aesthetics as a cosmetologist and aesthetician. After 5 years in the beauty industry, she decided to further her education by attending nursing school. She graduated with a Registered Nurse Degree from Vernon College in 2012. Lyndsey worked as a nurse, primarily in women’s and children’s health, for 6 years while also growing her own family. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and they have 4 beautiful daughters. In 2018 they relocated their family to Comanche, Texas, where her husband Kasey opened the headquarters for Comanche Gas Solutions. After establishing their family in Comanche, Lyndsey received her Aesthetic Nurse Injector certification from the National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas, bringing her passion for aesthetics and nursing together. Lyndsey actively pursues the continuous acquisition of knowledge and strives to utilize her unique experience and skills to provide a distinctively restoring treatment plan for every patient.
Jessie Roukema received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health with a minor in Psychology from Fort Lewis College in 2019; she also played division II volleyball. She then received her Certified Nursing Assistant certificate from Pueblo Community College in 2020. Jessie has worked as a medical assistant since May 2021 and assists regularly with procedures and clinical care.
Jessie loves working alongside the aestheticians and surgeons, and she values staying up-to-date on the latest technology and aesthetic techniques. She is especially excited to help patients achieve their skin goals with technologies such as HydraFacialMD. She plans to attend Nursing School and eventually become a Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about her education and helping every patient that comes to the office.
When Jessie is not in the office or in school, you will likely find her on-the-move with her dog Breckenridge, mountain biking, or hiking in the beautiful San Juans.
